This is very easy recipe. Just stir-fried and boiled.

Don’t you leave the water running when you wash the dishes? Water is an important natural resource. Let’s use washtub. You can save 1/9 of the amount of water If you use dishwasher.
Ingredients (For 1 serving)
- 20~30g Hijiki Seaweed 50g for boiled hijiki, 10-15g for dried hijiki
- 2-3 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 Konjac
- 1 fried tofu
- A little Edamame
- Cooking sake (1tbsp)
- sugar (1tbsp)
- Sweet cooking sake(Mirin) (2tbsp)
- Soy sauce(2tbsp)
- Broth from dried Shiitake mashrooms 100cc
How to make
<Preparation>
- If using dried hijiki, soak in water
- Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water (Don’t throw away the water. This is broth.)
- Pour boiling water over the fried tofu to drain the oil
- Pour boiling water over konjac to remove the smell
- Put hijiki seaweed in a pan or pot and stir in your favorite oil.
- Add konjac, fried tofu and edamame and stir quickly.
- Add all the broth from dried Shiitake mashrooms and seasonings.
- Boil down until a little juice remains.

Adding edamame makes the color of the dish beautiful.
