This is main dish! Bean rice that the flavor of Edamame

The bean rice made from Dadacha beans from Yamagata,Japan is excellent! Of course, other varieties of edamame can be delicious and easy to make.

Rice water can be reused for simmered dishes. If you use it to prepare (Boil using rice water) the vegetable like radish, taro, and burdock, you can get rid of skim! Ingredients(For 1 – 2 serving)

  • A cup of rice measuring about 150 grams
  • Edamame as needed
  • About 2 knobs of salt
  • A little soy sauce
  • Water to cook rice 150cc

How to make

  1. Wash the rice and remove the edamame from the pod
  2. Add water for 1 cup of rice and add beans, salt. Soy sauce is to the extent that it gets colored.
  3. Put 2-3 pods together in a rice cooker to add aroma.

Point

  • If the taste is light, you can add salt when you eat it, so it is better to season it lightly.
  • If you have the new rice that we harvested for the first time this year,Water should be slightly less than 200cc.
  • It’s excellent when made from Dadacha beans from Yamagata,Japan!
