What is true self-esteem?

Feel and trust your senses 💎✨ that’s all there is to it.

I think it is really important to sharpen our senses in living in this world.
What is pleasant, what is not pleasant, what I like, what I dislike.

That’s how I keep making choices.

When someone comes in and feels differently from you, sometimes we hurt people’s feelings like we argue, we get hung up on winning and losing, something like that.

Senses are hurtful when they are denied.
This is because we recognize that our senses are very important.

You say that something that person said was “delicious” is “not delicious”?
Or do you respect the other person’s senses and say just “You like this one. I like that one.”

Which one do you prefer?
I like the second one and would like to be and be with someone like that.

If you don’t want to hurt others, but you hurt them with your momentum, or you slip up and say something you can’t afford to say, I suggest you have a conversation with yourself.

There must be a reason why you would want to hurt them.

When we lack self-confidence, we may try to fill our self-esteem by insisting on “fighting and winning” or “talking down”.

It may feel good in the moment, but it is never fulfilling.
That‘s why people keep doing it to savor the moment.

Self-esteem is you just need to feel “I’m awesome! “

You don’t have to be able to do anything.
You don’t have to beat anyone.
You don’t have to be better than anyone else.

I don’t think making comparisons and assuming one is superior is real self-esteem.

Accept yourself as a whole, as a person who has nothing.

I am Awesome! Did nothing! What’s wrong with that?
In fact, It is really wonderful that you followed your true feelings of not wanting to do anything!

I mean, isn’t nothing the most powerful thing, is it?
Just being me.

I can say this because I was taught that abundance spreads where there is nothing, and I’ve come to realize that!

When you know why, you know you don’t have to fight or compete with anyone 🤩

The people you think are your enemies, you are just making them up.

Knowing yourself is really fun💖
