Dairy and Egg-Free Vegan Carbonara

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti (Pasta you like) for 1 serving
  • 1-2 mushrooms
  • Soy milk 80㏄
  • 1 teaspoon of miso
  • Vegetable broth (powder) 2-3 g

How to make

  1. Boil the spaghetti on time as indicated on the bag.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the mushrooms, fry in olive oil and salt and pepper. (It’s delicious even if you drip a little soy sauce)
  3. When soy milk is boiled, it becomes thick. Turn off the heat, add the miso, and mix the boiled noodles and mushrooms.

Point

  • If you season the mushrooms in advance, each one will have its own flavor, which makes it delicious.
  • In addition to mushrooms, you can add whatever you like and arrange it!
  • You can make risotto with same seasonings.
