Western-style hot pot with Chinese cabbage that can be arranged endlessly

Ingredients(For 2-3 serving)

  • Half a Chinese cabbage
  • About 6 tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • *1 to 2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • olive oil

*You can use white wine. 
If using white wine, the amount of water will change.

  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 40 to 50 cc water

  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable broth (powder) to taste
  • Soy sauce to taste

How to make

  1. Put olive oil in a pan and cook over low heat until the crushed garlic is fragrant.
  2. Add the chinese cabbage in a pan, season with salt and stir fry.
  3. Add tomatoes, water, soy sauce, and white wine vinegar or white wine.
  4. Simmer over low heat until cooked through, then add salt to taste.
  5. Add vegetable broth or pepper to taste.

Point

  • The chinese cabbage will also release water, so season to taste with salt and soy sauce to taste.
  • You can also add your favorite vegetables, olives, and herbs.
  • If you like, you can also add chili pepper.
  • If the taste is not enough, you can add vegetable broth or soy sauce to intensify the flavor.
