Authentic Chinese style vege soup with white pepper

Introducing recipes for authentic Chinese style soup for vegetarians! The highlight is white pepper!

Don’t you leave the water running when you wash the dishes? Water is an important natural resource. Let’s use washtub. You can save 1/9 of the amount of water If you use dishwasher.

Ingredients(For 1 serving)

  • Glass noodles 20 – 30 g
  • 1 egg
  • Water 300cc
  • A little salt
  • Vegetable broth (powder) 4-5g
  • A little white pepper
  • Chili oil as needed

How to make

  1. Boil the glass noodles and drain the water.
  2. Put water in a pon and add vegetable broth.
  3. When it comes to a boil, add coocked glass noodles.
  4. Pour egg evenly and draw a spiral pattern where the hot water simmering.
  5. Add salt and white pepper and it’s done!

Point

Put the beaten eggs in the soup in a simmering state, not in a completely boiling state.Low to medium heat is good.
