ECO point
When cutting vegetables, you can cut the calyx thinly, cut the hard parts into shaving-cut, and use the skin to increase the amount to eat and reduce garbage. Depending on the vegetables, the nutrition can be multiplied by drying the skin!

Using seasonal vegetables also reduces the energy used by producers. For example, in the case of tomatoes, the amount of energy required to grow in summer and winter is 10 times different.

It’s a very small thing, but it will be a big achievement if each person has a heart.

Ingredients

  • Bread flour 130g
  • Cake flour 20g
  • Yeast 3g
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • Salt 3g
  • Warm water 90 ml

【Curry】

  • Half onion
  • Carrots 1/3 to 1/2
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Ginger 5g
  • 1 tsp of worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of ketchup
  • 1-2 teaspoons of curry powder
  • Appropriate amount of coriander (dried)

How to make

  1. Finely chop the onions, carrots, garlic and ginger.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the bread except yeast, put yeast on it, add warm water to the yeast, and mix by hand until the powder is gone.
  3. When the powder is gone, turn onto a floured surface and knead it with a bit of elbow grease, simply push, fold, slap and roll the dough around over and over. For 4 or 5 minutes until you have a silky dough. When the surface becomes smooth, put it in a bowl, wipe it with a wet cloth, and ferment it for 30 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, make curry. Put the garlic in a pan with olive oil, and when it smells, add the onions, carrots and ginger. When it becomes soft, add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and dried coriander.
  5. When the bread dough is about double the size, tap the dough lightly to release the gas. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and move your hands from top to bottom so that the surface is covered with a film. Ferment for another 30 minutes with a wet cloth.
  6. After 30 minutes, crush it by hand to make it flat. When it’s palm-sized, put the curry in it and wrap it.
  7. Brush olive oil to the surface, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and bake in an oven at 210 ° C for 7-10 minutes. Or you can fry it. When it becomes a golden color, it is completed!

Point

  • When kneading the dough, flour your hand if It’s sticky.
  • When wrapping the curry, gently pull on both sides of the dough, pinch the seams with your fingers and close tightly so that the curry does not come out. If the seams get oily, they will open during baking, so it’s a good idea to put the curry in the center and wrap it while stretching the dough.
