Ingredients (For 1 – 2 serving)

  • 80g of Green beans
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sake

How to make

  1. Boil the green beans.
  2. Grind the sesame seeds in a mortar.
  3. Mix sugar, cooking sake and soy sauce
  4. Mix with green beans.

Point

  • If you add a little more seasoning to sesame, it will be just right when combined with green beans.
