Spicy green curry with coconut milk

Make an appetizing coconut curry! It’s a dish that goes well with rice.

Ingredients(For 1 serving)

Curry paste

  • About 10 basil leaves
  • 1 share of coriander
  • Half a clove of garlic
  • 1/4 onion
  • 3 – 4 dash of Cumin
  • 5 dash of dried parsley
  • 2-3 green peppers

Seasoning

  • Coconut milk 80-100 ml
  • Appropriate amount of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 lemon juice

If you like…

  • Red / yellow paprika and peppers

How to make

  1. Make Thai curry paste. Finely chop the ingredients for the paste, put it in a mixer and mix until it becomes a paste. (If you don’t have a mixer, you can use a mortar)
  2. When the paste is made, evaporate the water in a heated pan.
  3. When the water has evaporated, add coconut milk, salt and pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Grilled paprika and peppers and decorated with basil.

Point

  • Please adjust the number of green peppers to your liking.
  • If you add too much cumin, it will be bitter.
  • It’s delicious to eat with Thai rice!
