Authentic Japchae with an appetizing sesame scent

This is a recipe with plenty of sesame will increase your appetite!

Ingredients

  • Korean vermicelli (or glass noodles  if you can’t find it) for 1 person
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 1/4 onion
  • wood ear as needed
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/3 carrot
  • Sesame seeds as needed

    A
  • Sesame oil(1tsp)
  • Ground sesame as needed
  • A little salt
  • A little garlic (grated)

    B
  • Sesame oil (1tbsp)
  • Soy sauce (1-2tbsp)
  • Sugar (1tbsp)
  • Cooking sake (1tsp)
  • Garlic (grated) as needed

How to make

  1. Boil spinach, cut into bite size and mixed with A.
  2. Cut onions into slices, cut wood ear mushrooms, green peppers, and carrots, salt and pepper into sticks, and stir.
  3. Add boiled vermicelli and put B.
  4. Serve and sprinkle sesame seeds from above to complete.

Point

Since each ingredient is seasoned, you can enjoy a solid taste even though it is vermicelli.
