When you want to eat a lot of vegetables. If you eat this, it will warm you from the inside of your body.

The soup can be arranged by adding various ingredients. Let’s put the vegetables left in the refrigerator in the soup! It also works as cleaning! You can reduce garbage without wasting vegetables.

Ingredients(For 1 – 2 serving)

  • 1 Potato
  • 1/3 Carrot
  • 1/4 Celery
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 2 – 3 Cabage
  • 300g of whole tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth (powder) 4 – 5 g

How to make

  1. Cut all the vegetables into cubes. Finely chop the cabbage.
  2. Crush whole tomatoes.
  3. Put olive oil in a pan, stir vegetables, and add tomatoes.
  4. Boil until the sourness of the tomatoes flies.
  5. Add water, vegetable broth, salt and pepper.

Point

  • If you don’t like the sourness of tomatoes, I recommend boiling them for at least 30 minutes.
  • Add as many vegetables as you like and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
