Don’t you leave the water running when you wash the dishes? Water is an important natural resource. Let’s use washtub. You can save 1/9 of the amount of water If you use dishwasher.

How to make

  1. Wash Nameko mushrooms with water.
  2. Boil the Nameko mushrooms with hot water for 30 sec.
  3. Grate Japanese white radish.
  4. Enjoy with soy sauce or ponzu sauce!

Point

  • It is delicious even if you add aroma with yuzu peel.
  • The lower part of the radish is spicy, and it matches perfectly with Nameko mushrooms.
  • What is Ponzu sauce?
  • Ponzu is mixture of citrus juice and vinegar, soysauce. We use it with Japanese hot pot dish called Nabe in japanese and so on.
  • When you throw away the hot water, discard the sink while running water from the tap to prevent it from damaging or melting the pipe. It also makes the sink last longer.
