Ingredients

  • Shiitake mushrooms 5-6
  • Mayonnaise (If you are a vegan, use for vegan one) about 2 tbsp
  • Appropriate amount of Yuzu Shichimi
  • Appropriate amount of dried parsley
  • Appropriate amount bread crumbs(Panko) 

How to make

  1. Take the shiitake mushroom shaft and chop the shaft.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and yuzu shichimi, put on shiitake mushrooms, put bread crumbs and parsley and grill it.
