Aromatic Japanese Soy Butter grilled mushrooms

No matter which mushroom you use, it won’t fail.

Mushrooms can be scented better by using stem and can reduce garbage! Mushrooms will retain their scent if they are not washed with water.

Ingredients(For 1 serving)

  • Your favorite mushroom(Maitake mushroom this time)
  • A little Soy sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • Butter 5-10g

How to make

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan and stir the mushrooms.
  2. Add a pinch of salt
  3. Add butter and soy sauce To give the dish a lovely toasted smell.
