Ingredients

  • About 1/2 sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of Mirin
  • 1 tsp of soy sauce
  • Appropriate amount of oil

How to make

  1. Cut sweet potatoes to the size you like and soak them in water. (about 10 minutes)
  2. Wipe off the water and heat in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
  3. put oil on a pan, grill sweet potatoes until browned, and then remove.
