Put your favorite vegetables! Tomato-flavored tagine pot

A stylish tajine pot recipe that can be steamed or boiled just by cutting and put the vegetables.

Ingredients (For 1 serving)

  • Half potatoes
  • About 1/4 carrot
  • 1/4 onion
  • 4 to 5 green beans
  • About 5 cherry tomatoes
  • Favorite vegetables as needed
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • Appropriate amount of salt and pepper

How to make

  1. Put grated garlic and olive oil in a tajine and wait until the scent comes out.
  2. Add tomato paste, spread onions on the bottom of the pot, and line up your favorite vegetables such as bite-sized carrots, potatoes, green beans (cut in half), and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle olive oil, water and salt and pepper from above, cover and heat over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

Point

  • You can cook after adding all the vegetables, or you can put the vegetables that take a long time to cook added at first.
  • It is fun to add herbs such as cumin or vegetable broth and arrange them.
  • It’s delicious to eat as it is, also good to entangle it with pasta.
