You’re trying your best, but sometimes it just doesn’t work.

This is a bit off topic, but your body is active without you being aware of it! 💖

Even if your diet is disordered, your body will use what you ingest to make blood and cells, even if they are cancer cells, and they will literally become your body.

When your diet is disordered, your body tries harder. However, just because you work hard doesn’t mean it will be good for you.

Sometimes your body work hard and the results are positive, sometimes your body work hard and the results are cancer.

Things don’t always go well when you work hard.

But when you’re not working hard, that’s usually when things are going well without problem☺

You can either work hard or listen to your heart👂

If you like to work hard, you can choose to work hard, but you can also listen to your voice and choose to feel comfortable in your body or feel somewhat good 🤩
