Delicious side dish Vinegared wood-ear(Chinese style)

Ingredients(For 1 serving)

  • 1-2 Wood ear mushrooms
  • 1 Cucumber
  • Vinegar (2tbsp)
  • Sugar (1tbsp)
  • Soy sauce(2tbsp)
  • Sesame oil(2tbsp)
  • Sesame seeds as needed

How to make

  1. Cut wood ear and cucumber into long strips.
  2. If you want to eat it right away, If you want to eat it right away, you don’t need to prepare the cucumbers. But if you don’t eat right away, water will come out from the cucumber. If that happens, the taste will be lighter, so sprinkle salt and leave it for 10 to 20 minutes, then squeeze the water tightly with your palm.
