Ingredients

  • Udon for 1 serving
  • 1-2 cabbage leaves
  • 2 tbsp Japanese sweet vegetable sauce
  • Cooking sake 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green laver as needed
  • Red pickled ginger as needed

How to make

  1. Stir-fry the cabbage in a pan.
  2. Put the udon in another pot, add cooking sake, cover and steam for a few seconds.
  3. When the udon is separated, put it in a pan, mix it with the cabbage, and add the sweet vegetable sauce.
  4. Mix and serve on a plate, sprinkle with green laver and pickled ginger.
